This class explains the autonomic nervous system in depth, how stress responses work biologically, tracking what kind of stress response is present in your body (hyper responses and hypo responses), how to start discharging these stress responses, what triggers are and how they work. This nervous system education explains the whole in the context of the 2020 panini.

This class focuses on one of our core developmental needs - the need to be seen and heard. It will teach you how to reparent yourself around this need through internal and external resources.

It is an hour and 50 minutes long.

Writer’s Workshop: Trauma Aware Storytelling

This class focuses on topics surrounding storytelling that you might find engaging. We covered a wide range of points including: the somatic experience of writing (how it unfreezes and discharges stored up stress responses and how to do this safely); getting clear on themes of your story (the things you want to start discussions around through your writing); deciding with your body’s consent what to write and what to not write (or edit out or in); protecting your creative practice and keeping it alive.

Nervous System Health Mastery - Recorded class from winter 2020

This 10-week course is an evergreen version of the LIVE classes I teach in my signature program: Nervous System Mastery. There is currently no live round of the program available and it will not be available again until 2023.
