What you are getting yourself into:
I do group coaching programs that are interactive and done weekly to be in community while healing.
Nervous System Mastery is my signature program that helps you rise from the ashes of developmental trauma and find freedom. The program is a total of 10 weeks. It’s a series of educational workshops of 2 hours each.
Nervous System Mastery has been UPGRADED but there is no current LIVE round of the program happening at the moment. Sign up to the Newsletter on the site’s homepage to get notified of the next round of enrolment.
You deserve to feel safe in your body and in the world. This program helps you get there.
Week 1 to 3: Nervous System Health
The first weeks of the program will be dedicated to understanding what the autonomic nervous system is, how it works and why you need to know about yours and the one of the people you love. I can’t wait for you to find out that your world will never be the same (in a real good way) after you learn this info.
Week 1 is titled the ins and outs of the autonomic nervous system.
You’ll learn about:
Your autonomic nervous system - what it does, how it works and how it interconnects with other systems in your body like your digestive, endocrine and cardiovascular system, and why it is important.
The three different branches of your ANS in detail.
Nervous system regulation and nervous system system dysregulation. Demystifying it: how they both occur and what they both look like as an experience.
Intergenerational trauma and how we pass on stuff through linages (it’s to do with our parasympathetic ventral vagal branch not being fully developed at birth. This education is so cool!)
The window of tolerance.
Stressors and triggers and what they do to our physiology when we experience them.
The 4 different stress responses as mammalian humans.
The impacts of chronic stress.
Week 2 + Week 3 will be about the holistic approach to nervous system health.
In our week 2 class, we will be covering…
Understanding what trauma is and how trauma + emergency energy works (too much, too soon, too fast)
Somatic consent: how to find the right pace for you + creating the right conditions for your unique nervous system
What is functional freeze and how to begin to “unthaw”
Interoception (how to tell what you need and what’s going on in your body// tracking your impulses + cues)
How to work with stress responses in real time. How to use movement to discharge fight and flight energy when you experience a stressor or trigger. This is to do instead of having the stress response get stuck in your joints and diaphragms and muscles. Keep in mind that this teaching material is highly accessible to consider people with physical limitations as there are options to every movement for different levels of ability. Please inquire with me directly if you have concerns about being able to participate in the exercises suggested and I’ll gladly answer those questions.
The best neurological support/ repair food.
During week 3, you’ll learn about…
The physiology of flooding and dissociation and how to track it to come back to window of tolerance when you’ve left (the great thing is you can always come back to window of tolerance no matter how many times you leave!)
Embodiment exercises to stimulate and resource parasympathetic waves in your body such as breath work, motor skill exercises, orientation, curiosity in movement, and much more.
Ideas for stimming toys and soothing tools + non-toxic personal care & home goods (yes, there will be an entire PDF with all resources linked).
How to curate a home environment that contains glimmers for your specific nervous system through your senses (glimmers are the opposite of triggers).
Week 4 to 7: understanding your greatest unmet needs and resourcing.
Over the 9+ years that I’ve been working with people, I’ve noticed that there are ten core needs that often fail to be met when someone has suffered developmental trauma. This month, we will get to know these 10 core needs in detail and see if you’ve had a hyper or hypo response to not having your need(s) met. After having awareness about your unmet or inconsistently met needs you’ll have the awareness needed to no longer be prone to narcissistic- like peeps and their schemes that leave you feeling even more depleted.
We will focus on sustainable internal and external resourcing, so that you can finally have what was supposed to happen - your needs met. When your needs are met, your body will naturally come out of stress responses it has been in. Not having our needs met is alarming to our system since it keeps us in perpetual alert mode.
Week 4 will feature…
An in depth of the vagus nerve and how to use voice to regulate our nervous system
The polyvagal theory : understanding mobilization + immobilization + social engagement
An understanding of what happens when our needs aren’t met (we leave social engagement to go into mobilization and then immobilization if we couldn’t meet the need)
An intro to the two ways to meet our needs with resourcing
Getting to know the 10 greatest needs in development
Week 5 - Identifying your hyper and hypo responses to stressors.
The narcissist portal and why you are more susceptible to narcissistic dysfunction when your needs aren’t met well.
Identifying your hyper and hypo responses to stressors in order to start resourcing effectively in the following two weeks
Week 6 - Back into the window of tolerance with internal resourcing.
You will learn and adopt internal resourcing tools that speaks to you (ex: adrenal dropping, icing the vagus nerve, specific kinds of journaling) to use to meet your under resourced needs so that you can come back to social engagement and come out of mobilization + immobilization.
There will be an epic worksheet involved.
Week 7 - Back into the window of tolerance with external resourcing.
You will learn and adopt external resourcing tools that speak to you (ex: nature, creating something), to use to meet your under resourced needs.
You’ll learn how to titrate away from resources that aren’t sustainable and titrate into external resources that are sustainable. How to swap unproductive Netflix binging or addictive serial dating to something more fulfilling.
Week 8 to 10: Self-regulation, co-regulation and attachment styles.
In the last weeks of the program, we will focus on identifying your primary attachment style. I’ll give you strategies on how to understand what protest behavior you use and how to modify your response by effectively communicating your needs if you’re anxious, and I’ll help you set a plan in place on how to cope with the waves of avoidance if you identify as avoidant.
Our workshops at this point will centre on boundaries, and the way that two (or more) nervous systems interact - for the better or worse. We’ll go over the science of self-regulation + co-regulation, and I’ll suggest do-able safe and healthy ways to implement both.
During week 8, we’ll be focusing on:
Attraction science (how our attractions work and how we can change them if we are attracted to dysfunction)
The 3 main attachment styles and identifying your current main one
How relate in a SECURE attachment style with the people you love
What co-regulation is
How to spot and untangle from co-dependence
Your health blueprint
In week 9, we’ll be focusing on:
The 4 different kinds of boundaries (physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual)
How to build a sense of sense post developmental trauma or autistic masking using boundaries (which includes having limits and preferences)
We’ll end our program on week 10 with…
Effective communication and how to inform others of your boundaries and preferences
A recap of the course
In the end?
My wish for you is that you’ll walk away from the course feeling really understood, validated and ready to dive deeper into your healing now that you understand your nervous system, how to meet your needs, how to be with yourself and others in a way that feels good, and what kind of boundaries you need to implement in your life for your sense of self to be intact.
You should definitely sign up if:
You consider yourself highly sensitive, you have sensory processing disorder, or you know you’re on the autism spectrum, making you neurodivergent like me!
You are interested in helping your anxiety decrease holistically through things like food, movement, environment, and safe secure relationship building. I don’t believe in pharmaceuticals as a long term solution for stress management and I am really passionate about giving people alternative tools.
You are someone who has chronic illness and eat perfectly and do ‘all the things’ but still find yourself plateauing or feeling stuck and suffering health wise.
You have had a history of romantic relationship woes - either having been in abusive or narcissistic relationships before, or having lived significant betrayal such as cheating, lying, etc.
You’re having a hard time finding and maintaining friendship where you can connect in depth - often resulting in isolation and chronic loneliness.
You want to learn about healing your attachment trauma by identifying your attachment styles clearly and understand how to relate in more secure ways.
You are in need of more boundaries that feel like a good middle ground. Somewhere between wall of china level and complete door mat level.
You’re interested in learning about how your nervous system works from a biological standpoint and how to regulate after activation.
You are someone who has been following me on social media for a while and you love the content, and are ready for more.
You are willing and are able to invest financially in your healing at this time. I don’t believe one should go into debt or get stressed out by spending money if it’s not currently do-able.
You have your own business in which you work with clients as a practitioner of some kind and you want to learn this trauma-aware info.
You are a mom who wants to foster excellent nervous system health in your children.
This isn’t for you if:
You are someone who wants a therapeutic setting. This course is for educational and informational purposes only.
You are someone with an ongoing mental health issue that is not being treated by a licensed psychotherapist and that doesn’t feel manageable in your day to day life.
You are someone who doesn’t want to “work the work” and apply the exercises consistently to see changes because honestly? You want a quick fix or someone else to do it for you right now.
You are someone who is disrespectful or judgmental about other people’s race, sexual orientation or gender identity if they are not the same as yours. I have a zero tolerance policy for things like: homophobia, transphobia, racism.
Why I care about this work…
I am on the spectrum, which means I am hyper sensitive to the world, thus my nervous system can get dysregulated very easily, so this work is what I use on a daily basis myself to make my existence tolerable and dare I say, pleasurable too. The fact that I am autistic also means that I love helping and that I enjoy making complex information super easy to understand, especially about topics I find myself fascinated with, and this is what I’ve done with this course.
Over the course of my childhood and adolescence, I accumulated developmental trauma , which consequently led to several chronic illness issues because I was living in sympathetic dominance. I felt like I got to adulthood a big banged up without having the key to life like my peers seemed to have.
Once I understood how to claim my nervous system health because of this education I teach in NSM, eventually, I felt safe in my body and in the world again after thinking I would never feel that. I also learnt to design a life that works for me (right pace + right conditions for my nervous system) instead of being the only square peg in history that fit in the round hole.
Essentially, working with me in this holistic nervous system health program is a way to learn how to take care of yourself the way you should have always been taken care of. I truly believe you deserve this kind of support.
Join me for NSM.
